As Goddess Night Out strives to be a safe space, we encourage you to limit how much photo/video you're taking of others throughout our gathering. With that being said, there is a chance you may be captured on camera or during a Zoom recording during our event. By purchasing this ticket, you agree to the following:
I hereby grant Goddess Night Out permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in any and all activities being conducted by Goddess Night Out and it's collaborators. I waive, release, and discharge Goddess Night Out from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my personal injury, property damage, property theft, death, disability, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this Goddess Night Out event.
REFUND POLICY:
We do not offer any refunds. However, as an alternative to a refund, you can transfer a ticket to a future online event (within three months of your purchase date), IF requested at least 72 HOURS prior to the event.
