We are looking for women-owned businesses and entrepreneurs to co-create a pop-up vendor faire at our Witchy Weekend Women’s Full Moon Campout on October 18-20, 2024

We’ll have three days full of workshops, rituals, dancing and singing around the fire, and connecting in nature. You will have the option to camp overnight with us.

The campground we’re renting is about 45 minutes east of Sacramento, just outside of Placerville.

We will have a very limited vendor area this Witchy Weekend. We are limiting our vendor faire to about 10 vendors. Vendors will need to provide their own pop-ups and displays. There will be a power source nearby, but cell signal is very low and not reliable. Vendors are encouraged to use cash or some other form of billing.

Vendor hours will be from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. We will block out parts of the program as designated “vendor hours” to encourage our participants to visit the vendor booths.

Vendor Fees are $111 and include entry into all women’s weekend activities.

WE ARE ALSO CURRENTLY ACCEPTING SPONSORS FOR THIS EVENT.
