Celebrate 3 years of Goddess Night Out with us!
We’re inviting some of our favorite vendors we’ve worked with over the past three years (and some new friends too!) to celebrate with us!
Join us for a very special Goddess Night Out at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Sacramento on Saturday, April 12, 2025.
We’ll have a vendor faire celebrating local, women-owned businesses.
Vendor hours will be from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm with setup from 3:00 - 5:00 pm. Breakdown will be from 10:00 - 11:00 pm.
Vendor Fees are $55 and include entry into the entire event for one person working your booth. Vendors may be able to bring one additional person to work their booth (which must be approved by Goddess Night Out organizers.)
Vendors will also receive a code to share with their communities for a discount on tickets.
VENDOR APPLICATIONS WILL CLOSE ON APRIL 5 OR WHEN SPACES ARE FILLED
WE ARE ALSO CURRENTLY ACCEPTING SPONSORS FOR THIS EVENT.
Sponsors will be allowed a vendor booth and will also receive more exposure in our marketing campaigns for our 3 Year Anniversary Dance. Sponsorships start at $111. Email connect@goddessnightout.org to learn more
Spend a weekend among Goddesses in nature!
We’ll have three days full of workshops, rituals, dancing and singing around the fire, and connecting in nature. Vendors will have the option to camp overnight with us.
May 2 -4, 2025 along the American River in Placerville
Our campground is about 45 minutes east of Sacramento, just outside of Placerville.

We will have a very limited vendor area for this weekend campout. We are limiting our vendor faire to about 10 vendors. Vendors will need to provide their own pop-ups and displays. There will be a power source nearby and limited use of Starlink Wifi.
Vendor hours will be from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. We will block out parts of the program as designated “vendor hours” to encourage our participants to visit the vendor booths. Vendors are welcome to open/close their booths at their own discretion.
Vendor Fees are $150 and include entry into all women’s weekend activities for one person working your booth. Vendors will be responsible for providing their own tent and camping supplies. Vendors may request discounted tickets for additional staff to work their booth (all booths must be staffed by women.)
